 Role Overview:
• Reviews CityFibre Build Partner project resourcing plans to safely achieve productivity targets.
• Reviews CityFibre Build Partner project plans, SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) risks and mitigation measures, standard engineering details and specifications for constructability and conformance to regulatory requirements and achievement of productivity targets.
• Responsible for driving optimised Build Partner and subcontractor construction crew resourcing and deployment for alignment with the City Build Programme.
• Responsible for driving optimised safe jobsite operations, in compliance with design/specifications, completion on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
• Supports constructability reviews during as revised Build Programme is delivered.
• Monitors Build Partner schedules, resourcing charts, material and equipment logistics requirements.
• Review and drive optimised allocation of tasks and responsibilities for effective personnel utilisation.
• Maintains relationships with stakeholders including CityFibre internal teams and external partners.
• Strives for high-quality in both work and documentation to increase and embed Right First Time.
• Oversight of all jobsite contractual activities, including permits and notifications, prior to work start.
• Reviews and provides input to project controls documents on progress relating to cost and schedule.
• Advocates and supports Lessons Learned programmes and sharing of Best Practice

• Thorough knowledge of all phases of construction operations relating to SHEQ, engineering, construction and field activities.
• Thorough knowledge of construction technologies, logistics and jobsite management.
• Knowledge of UK SHEQ compliance requirements, including Streetworks permitting and regulations.
• Knowledge of current industry standards, in particular the installation of utility network infrastructure in public spaces.

• Recognised degree in an engineering or scientific discipline, or
• Specialised courses in construction management, and/or
• Work experience leading to a thorough understanding of the role requirements and job knowledge.
