Job description:

 What can you expect?
• The opportunity to take responsibility for Digital Marketing activities for Marsh UK & Ireland.
• You will report directly into the Head of Marketing & Communications for UK&I and work closely with other Regional Digital Marketing Managers across the globe.
• You will also work closely with the business leaders, via the marketing team, who are keen to engage and develop the digital marketing opportunities.
• You will work with an energised UK&I marketing team and with digital colleagues globally within Marsh.

We will count on you to:
• Publish content supplied by the UK marketing team and stakeholders in UK and Ireland, advising on best practice (including UX and SEO).
• Upload and schedule social media for the Marketing team, trouble-shooting as necessary, working with the Social Media team.
• Assist and advise on website campaigns.
• Advise on best practice (UX), legal impacts of requests (e.g. accessibility, GDPR).
• Create or edit web images, using Adobe PhotoShop CC.
• Adapt and modify templates with inline CSS/HTML to deliver special design or layout requirements.
• Attend all RDM round up meetings, workshops, and training sessions. Feed in and champion regional requirements and legal needs.
• Analyse and report to the marketing team and business leaders on web traffic using Google Analytics, Data Studio or other analytics packages available.
• Be the support/lead, as necessary, for the UK&I regional marketing team on marketing automation platform (Pardot), helping with the set-up and running of campaigns and reporting.

What you need to have:
• Minimum 7 years’ experience within a similar role in a large multinational organisation.
• Proficiency at advanced level in HTML and CSS skills; understanding of SEO, UX and UI.
• Excellent understanding of Google Analytics, with experience in analysing data and metrics and translating insight into reports and actionable strategies.
• Attention to detail with strong organisational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in order to deliver on time.
• Highly motivated, confident and pragmatic, with a positive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; verbal and written communication.

What makes you stand out:
• Experience of a variety of enterprise-level CMS. Adobe Experience Manager highly desirable.
• Understanding of, and/or experience with, marketing platforms (e. g. Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Qualtrics) highly desirable.
• Passion for digital. Understanding/experience to champion web best practice.
• Strategic and creative capacity: able to come up with solutions.
• Photoshop skills.
