BigBinary is looking for an experienced Business Development Professional to develop new business opportunities. You will be responsible for driving new business, generating and qualifying new leads, and closing deals. We have developed a robust internal toolkit and process to streamline the prospect identification and outreach process to maximize your efforts.

• Responsible for prospecting, identifying decision-makers and influencers, and building strong relationships with clients.
• Actively discovering new business opportunities through existing relationships, cold emailing, cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Researching and understanding client needs, and leveraging knowledge of company offerings to craft creative outreach.
• Optimize our sales processes along the way by proposing new ways to sell and creatively coming up with ideas to scale growth.

• Proven track record of success - you must love reaching out to people online, on the phone, in person, and with video conferencing.
• You can handle rejection as a challenge on the road to winning deals.
• Strong experience in sales (ideally in consulting & software development).
• Excellent communicator (spoken and written).
• Experience working with CRM systems and prospecting tools (like Pipedrive, Apollo.io, Outreach, LinkedIn and others).
• Willing to try new things.
• Hungry for closing deals and earning large commission.
• Understanding the software development process and programming languages is a major plus.
• Experience in consulting sales or enterprise sales is a major plus.
